Assessments We Use
Assessments provide a starting point for dialogue and recognition of the differences and strengths that exist within a team. We offer a number of assessments to support individual and team development, at variety of price points.
Many teams opt as a starting point to explore strengths. We integrate either the StrengthsFinder 2.0 or the VIA Strengths Survey for teams that are interested in exploring their strengths at the individual and collective levels.

We are an authorized partner of the Everything DiSC suite of products which allow professionals to explore their own styles. From the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders (a 360 assessment) to the Work of Leaders and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, we provide the range of Everything DiSC surveys. Teams may also benefit from undertaking the Team Dimensions Survey which explores the roles which exist within a team.
