Our roots are in experiential education from the late 1980s, and while we won't have you doing ropes courses we know the value of learning, reflection, and action. We provide a variety of learning experiences in our programs including case studies, scenarios, experiential approaches, dialogue and practice opportunities. In October 2016 we won the PRISM Award for Excellence in Coaching for our work with The Scarborough Hospital in establishing a coaching culture. This involved Coaching and Mentoring Skills Training of more than 120 leaders, and the development of an e-learning program on coaching and mentoring skills. Potentials Realized founder is Jennifer Britton, author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013) a global thought leader in the area of group and team coaching. Since January 2014 Jennifer has hosted the Teams365 blog a daily blog geared for team leaders. Exceptional leaders are self-aware leaders who are inspired to, and inspire others to take action. As such we can incorporate a number of assessments into the work we do - the Everything DiSC suite (Work of Leaders, 363 for Leaders or Everything DiSC profile), or a range of Strengths Assessments. We also provide Team Assessments for leaders who want to develop the capacity of their team. |
